Machine aid – Concepts

One of our regular customers approached us for concept development. One of the machines they use on the factory floor turned out to be too heavy for the factory workers to use. The press, in which large metal parts have to be placed with precision, needed an upgrade.

Because we, through our training and experience, know many different techniques and mechanisms, we can quickly come up with concrete examples (concepts) that can provide direction in solving the problem.

We make quick sketches that ensure smooth communication during discussions between us and the customer, as well as within the customer itself. These drawings take less time than full 3D CAD models and often appeal more to the imagination, which in turn brings creativity and a solution-oriented approach.

The customer can then discuss the proposed solutions internally. In this way, a decision about tackling the problem is carefully considered and the customer prevents discovering afterwards that another, often simpler solution would have been better suited to the problem.
